Performance Auditing

Performance auditing informs management how well their management system has added value to the organisation in the past, how well it is adding value in the present, and how well the management system will add value in the future.

Traditional audits concentrate on auditing for compliance – does the BOS conform to the requirements of the standard or legislation being audited or not? Compliance auditing has its place in some situations – usually third party audits – but it does not add value to an organisation seeking to continually improve or to move towards global competitiveness.

A performance audit defines short and medium term improvements, based on benchmarks, that could be made to the BOS to move the organisation towards achieving world class status.

Hyperformance Systems carry out both compliance and performance audits. Performance audits are based on electronic assessment tools used internationally which provide an extremely accurate cause and effect analysis of an organisation's operations.

Performance auditing is tailored to any industry or commercial sector including: Government, Not For Profit, Financial Service, Health, Technology, Manufacturing, Mining and Resource, Transportation, and Construction.

The performance audit report is conducted over a two or three day period and is excellent value for any organisation.
